Messed up parking that feels risky, very dark entry road, unclean room with stains and issues, high noise levels from the interstate—seriously, it’s distracting!!!

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The location is ideal, with various shops nearby and easy access to local attractions. I enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival, adding a nice touch to my experience.

I expected shuttle transportation to the airport, but it was no longer available, which was disappointing.

The King Room was pretty comfortable and clean. I had a nice place to rest after a long day. The bathroom situation wasn’t the best, though. the shower was hard to turn on since you had to get in to do it, and the water was super hot and tough to figure out. Also, you could hear everything from the hall and other rooms, which made it a bit noisy at night. But overall, it was decent enough for a night’s sleep.

Dried vomit on the walls overshadowed my comfortable king room for 2 nights.

The staff weren't very accommodating either when I requested a room change due to the issues I faced. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and I enjoyed delicious sandwiches from the bistro.

the courtyard has a great outdoor pool with nice views over the city and towards mexico. the staff were super friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. the location is ideal, being just a short walk from downtown, and the gym is a solid place to work out.
